      <description>&lt;P&gt;What did you think?  Do you do that regularly?  I tried the liquid  and the powder at Ulta on separate parts of my face.  I see pros to both.  I think I Needed to cover more around my nose  and chin and thought using the powder over the liquid might be a good idea.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't have tarte's clay foundation but I do use IT cosmetics powder over my tarte foundation.  I go very light with the powder and it doesn't grab fine lines but I love the effect.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;</description>
