I bought 4 bottles of SAM mousse on Easy Does It Day. They came yesterday. I opened all four individual boxes (sent in one big box). Each bottle of mousse was leaking!!!! Today, I'm sending them back!

Has this ever happened to any of you? I'm so mad!

My bottle that leaked was delivered to me here in Wisconsin during late September 2013 and thankfully even our lows at night were still quite a bit above 32°F. In our area the lows were around 45°F during late September 2013. I do wonder if cold tempratures could cause the contents of the bottle to expand and contract?

I had that issue with another foam liquid product I ordered ( not Wen). I think it is just something that sometimes happens in the delivery process whether exposed to hot cold possibly shaken - a small amount of liquid appears in the plastic cap - it seems like it is a big leak but really not. Just the nature of the composition of a foam liquid product. Nothing wrong with the bottle or the product- indeed my product was just fine. And yes sometimes it doesn't happen at all. Oh and I should add that the bottle was also a bit sticky -but I just rinsed it off...

I figured they would not want them back because they may have never made it to QVC if the product leaked through the box... I did have some Six Thirteen Mousse left in my bottle that leaked so I cleaned the bottle off and stores it upright and when some of my replacement bottle was gone I just dumped it in there to use. It wasn't a ton, but I felt horrible just wasting it. So I may have gotten and extra 12 pumps out of the whole deal. I am so happy it all worked out for you!

Kinda O.T.. but I hate those pumps lol. I have a face wash that comes in the same type of pump but the pump works 10x better so when I finished a bottle, I just washed it out really well and I pour my wen mouse into it. Works like a charm! I took the label off though so I dont accidentally wash my face with wen mousse hehe
