Now, when I look in the mirror while wearing a full face of makeup, it seems like my brows need to be darker. Not fuller, just more emphasized. For reference, I'm a medium brunette.</P> <P>Can anyone recommend a good product or technique to just make the brows that I already have look darker (other than dye)?
