    <description>&lt;P&gt;some people have under the eyes.  I never quite know how to refer to them.  Not bags because those are puffy, not dark circles cause they're not dark, they are more like concave "things".  I have them and use concealer, but I don't think that's the answer.  Anybody??&lt;/P&gt;</description>
