So upset @ auto delivery with Wen

I bought the Wen TSV way back when it was a special with the additional apple cleansing shampoo. The first shipment came and I'm still using it. Now they have gone ahead and sent another shipment and I really wanted to change from the Lavender to another kind. Auto delivery can be frustrating and who has time to keep up with the shipments?

well, they have the shipment dates listed on your account well in advance and it really is your responsibility to keep up on when they are shipping since you agreed to do Auto Delivery. If you don't have time to keep up on them, then don't sign up for them?

Can you call c/s and ask to send it back and switch? It may be too late. But, it is your responsibility to manage the a/d's. Really, they make it very easy to do online. Do you have a calendar that can alert you? I've forgotten to update once or twice and wished they would email beforehand but again, the responsibility is in our hands.

That's the point for auto delivery. You can't blame QVC for carrying out their end of the bargain. The only person to blame is yourself.

Like HappyDaze said, it's your responsibility. It's not like you didn't have enough time between shipments.

Yes, you are all right, it is my responsibility to keep track of the shipment. I am not made at QVC, only myself for being so busy that I couldn't intercept the next package to make the change.

the date of your next auto delivery is on your account and they also send you an email a few days before they ship the order, giving you time to change the date or selection.

If you notify them in advance they will change it. I still have not received my springs delivery.they keep changing the ship dates on me.

This is not true for everyone apparently. I've had three auto deliveries in the past and never once have I received an email that notified me a few days before any of the shipments were about to ship.

For someone who claims they don't like or use WEN except for the Fall ginger pumpkin CC and it is no better than your Organix shampoo you sure buy alot of WEN stuff!

Sounds to me you may have one more release on your auto delivery (?). If so, now that it has come to your attention would be the time to call or email CS to change the scent on The future shipment. Don't take the chance of letting tie sip away on you.
