      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought the Wen TSV way back when it was a special with the additional apple cleansing shampoo. The first shipment came and I'm still using it. Now they have gone ahead and sent another shipment and I really wanted to change from the Lavender to another kind. Auto delivery can be frustrating and who has time to keep up with the shipments?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;well, they have the shipment dates listed on your account well in advance and it really is your responsibility to keep up on when they are shipping since you agreed to do Auto Delivery. If you don't have time to keep up on them, then don't sign up for them?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Can you call c/s and ask to send it back and switch? It may be too late. But, it is your responsibility to manage the a/d's. Really, they make it very easy to do online. Do you have a calendar that can alert you? I've forgotten to update once or twice and wished they would email beforehand but again, the responsibility is in our hands.</description>

If so, now that it has come to your attention would be the time to call or email CS to change the scent on The future shipment. Don't take the chance of letting tie sip away on you.</description>
