Marie veronique organics skin care line

I'm 49 y.o. combo skin with frequent breakouts. Does anyone have any suggestions for skin care? I was wondering if anyone has tried Marie Veronique Organics skin care line? So tired of wearing foundation and concealer to cover up acne. Most of the time, I think it looks worse with makeup.

It's not organic, but you might look into Paula's Choice skincare. She has several regimens, one of which is for problem skin. If I recall, I believe that she struggled with acne when she was younger, so it's no surprise that she has many excellent products geared toward that type of skin. There is also wealth of information on her site.

Here products are fragrance- and irritant-free, cruelty-free, have excellent ingredients, and are moderately priced.

I agree that Paula's Choice has several options to help you. They have excellent customer service whether you call them or email them, they are very helpful.

If you don't mind me asking, but have you had acne prone skin for sometime or is it something new?

Before deciding on any products (besides a sulfate free cleanser) I would recommend trying to find out the source/s of your acne and go from there. If the breakouts are reactions, such as hormonal imbalances, meds, foods, products, stress etc. then you can determine where to go to help your skin to become balanced.

If you're interested in a certified organic "line", I recommend Suzanne Organics, sold on ShoHq and on SuzanneSomers.com and to start with a sulfate free cleanser.

My skin became problematic twice during my lifetime, both times were reactions to specific ingredients. Otherwise, I have normal to dry skin, depending on how well I take care of it. My daughter has a different skin type than mine (she has her dad's) and is inherently oily which worsens if she doesn't control her eating, skincare habits and stress levels.
