    <description>&lt;P&gt;Definitely call CS. Not something to get upset about. They will take care of it.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I always call CS &lt;EM&gt;before&lt;/EM&gt; returning anything defective - regardless of what the site is and what the policy is on returns. That way they understand the problem and make sure I am not charged.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I sent the YBF special value back since like most,pieces of it fell apart.  Now here is my question.  They charged me for sending it back.  I thought if its defective they refund all shipping, both ways. Am I wrong, or should I  call customer service to get my return shipping refunded.  I used there easy returns label so they charged $6.99.  If I knew I wasn't getting my return shipping back I would 've paid my self to ship and saved a few bucks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I also wrote ""defective products"" on the return receipt and was charged for the return shipping.  I wrote Customer Service an e-mail and they responded the next day.  They were very pleasant and said they they agreed that I should not have to pay shipping since the products were defective and my bank account was credited the shipping charge the next day.  Too bad we have to follow up but it seems that is the norm now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I chose to keep my kit, mainly for,the brow pencils, which I like, but I doubt I'll ever order anything other than brow pencils again. I actually sent the YBF company an email a week or two ago saying that it was the first kit I had ever ordered and the the overall quality was not there, but I also listed a couple things that I liked. They didn't reply. I would like to think that if I owned a makeup company I would thank a customer for their feedback.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had some sheets that fell apart at the seams after the first washing and called HSN customer service because I wanted to make sure that I received free return shipping. She offered to email or mail a free return shipping label. I chose to have it emailed, printed it out and used it, no charge for the return. If you use their prepaid label, it automatically deducts the charge from your return. If you call them, they should refund your money.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I called first and talked to customer service to make sure I wouldn't be charged for shipping back.  She told me to use the prepaid label on my receipt, which I did.  They paid for the return shipping for me. &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;That TS was such a mess that they don't even advertise it anymore.  The 1 reviews would have looked pretty bad.  I'm thinking if Stacey or the design team pulls that again, they'll be out of there. &lt;/P&gt;</description>
