I assume you mean topically. Vit C serums have been discussed quite a bit. I am unsure what is the best product for elastin production.

I am not familiar with the recommendations attributed to Dr. Oz and Oprah, or that their opinions really matter. I mean, Dr. Oz may be a fabulous heart surgeon, but every day there's some new miracle with him. And Oprah, well, she has even less credibility than Dr. Oz on the topic of skincare.

Alpha Hydroxy Acid helps to build collagen and elastin. Every morning I use Mad Hippie Vitamin C Serum and Alpha Hydrox Souffle. They are two separate products that get applied separately, serum first then Souffle.
