BGT made my hair very dry and tangly. Like Drythe, I still have poo hair. I will try it again when all my poo hair is gone and will hope for better results as I love the scent. It did give more volume for me than Fig or TT. It may work for you though since you use 613, which makes my hair dry and tangly.

I found BGT to very volumizing, but not very moisturizing. It is pretty frothy like POM and rinses easily like the kids formulas. The kids formulas gave my hair a weird dry feeling when wet. BGT did not do that, which was excellent. You will probably like the scent if you like 613. It smells the most like a regular shampoo. I just don't use BGT on my hair bc of not getting enough moisture. I plan to try the RTM and oil though as I'd like to get in on the properties of the bamboo.

Definitely NOT moisturizing like fig, more like a volumizing, lighter weight formula imo. I really like the scent but can't use it because it is drying on my hair.

There is alot of posts about it, you can always do a search on the forum and put either BGT or bamboo green tea and alot of posts will come up.

For me BBT leaves my POO hair dry, although when I finally get rid of all of it and just have WEN hair I think it will be great.

I love the scent and my Combo, oily T zone face absolutely LOVES it. I have been using it as my only facial wash for @ a month and I have virtually no visible pores.

Definitely "not" like any of the formulas that I have used. At first it made my hair clean and fluffy but I noticed it was less moisturizing than the others. After using it for a few weeks, my hair was like straw and totally flyaway. I went to my salon and they said the Bamboo with Green Tea left some kind of residue in my hair (even though I rinse like crazy and never had this problem in the past). They had to use a clarifier to get it out of my hair, then they gave me a very expensive intense conditioner. I'm never using the Bamboo again and I do not recommend it. I think the Pom is very nice - it never dried out my hair or left a residue. Don't know what's going on with the Bamboo formula. Currently I'm using MorocconOil brand hydrating shampoo and hydrating conditioner. It contains not sulfite, paraben or other harmful chemicals. It works great on my hair. Its clean, shiny, full of body and moisturized. I have medium thickness with fine textured hair and it doesn't weigh down my hair or make it dirty. I absolutely love it.

I agree, Bamboo Green Tea is more volumizing than moisturizing. It is frothy and rinses easily and leaves my hair very clean. Since my hair is dry, thick and coarse I like to use it for first cleanse and something else for second cleanse and leave-in for more moisture, because the BGT doesn't give me enough.

For me the bamboo green tea really smooths my hair. My hair is mostly straight with a tiny bit of wave that first appeared when I started going gray. If I am going for a straight blow out I will use BGT. If I am trying to encourage the wave I can use anything but the BGT. It definitely does not make my hair dry but seems to make my hair more oily. I don't know if that translates to more moisturizing . With all that being said, I love love love the scent , I love how soft and straight it makes my hair and for me it works good as a facial cleanser .

I found it really dried out my hair, but I also can not use the kids wen either, my hair is not a fan of the rice based formulas. I am also not a huge fan of the scent, it is very perfume like to me, very commercial. My one sister however has grown to love the scent, she uses the replenish mist, but not the CC, it is also drying for her.
