I didn't realize that these 24oz sizes did NOT come with a pump. I think that they should emphasize the fact that there is no pump because 24oz sizes definitely need one/ Big problem for me because I have arthritis and the containers and not only heavy, but try to get the body cream out of the bottle. Impossible to say the least. I can hold the shower cream upside down and it does come out but the body cream is impossible to pour out because it is very thick. I turned the bottle upside down and left it for about 30 min and it didn't budge! Called CS, no help except to say I should call Philosophy and they were very nice and they are going to send a pump. The lovely lady was shocked that they didin't inlcude pumps with that size product and said that they include pumps even with the 16oz size!
