It goes on rather sheer (you won't if is going to cover anyting), then kinda gets cold, and then kinda firms up and lifts your skin and after a couple of minutes you get the coverage-- I don't know how else to explain it but it is the thing I use that actually gets complements...the UV is SPF 15 which is a little low but this really is an amazing product!..
