topic Does foundation pull all the moisture out of your skin? in Beauty

I am having no luck finding a new foundation. By midday, my skin dries out to a point that it looks parched. Some turn me red or orange, too.

Any ideas on what to use or what not to use will be appreciated. My skin is very fair, acne-prone (but w/o acne now thanks to the skincare I am using), and it used to always be oily. It looks good before makeup and for the first hour or two after applying, but then -disastrously dry! If I go makeup-free, the elements in the air make turn me tomato-red, so that's not an option. I'm also allergic to sunscreen, and I cannot find a tinted moisturizer w/o sunscreen.

One more thing: I am a long-time, former BE customer.

Ideas?
