For really bad undereye circles, you need a corrector on the darkest parts first and then concealer. I like the Pixi or Bobbi Brown Corrector, followed by Lancôme Effacernes. My circles are so dark I don't try to do any highlighting there, I just want them to match my skin tone. I use a very light dusting of powder to set it. Laura Mercier Secret Brightening Powder, Mally's powder that comes with her Cancellation Concealer, Tarte's Clay Powder that is white, or sometimes even mineral powder all work for me. Wayne Goss on You Tube has a few videos about covering dark circles if you want watch this technique demonstrated.

CeeCee

Hi, I am new to this forum and I would really love to know what has worked for you for under eye circles. I need to cover mine and it always looks worse after I put anything on it. Any suggestions would be really great. Thank you!

Hello pugglepup and welcome to the forum!

I have very dark circles at the inner corners of my eyes next to my nose. I have tried so many concealers over the years until I finally found what works for me. After moisturizing and applying a tiny amount of face primer, I use Pixi Corrector Concentrate. This is available at Target and is a peachy toned corrector. Next, I apply CoverBlend by Exuviance in the shade Beige. I get this at Ulta. One tube will last years! I blend these products with a fluffy concealer brush. Lastly, I set my concealer with Bare Minerals bisque. I know it sounds like a lot of steps but I have major dark circles and this works for me.

I hope you get lots of ideas here so you can find something that works for you!

Here's a drugstore concealer I heard about here on the board and it's good -- not expensive, easy to use, covers well (I even use it as an all over concealer sometimes).

Maybelline® Instant Age Rewind® Eraser Dark Circles Treatment Concealer

I have been using LORAC's concealer pot for as long as I can remember.

I have dark circles under my eyes and this concealer covers them best out of any brand I've tried.

There are complaints that it's too dry, too thick, or too cakey for some, but I don't have this problem at all. Yes, it's thick, but it doesn't look thick under my eyes. I guess you just have to figure out the application that works best for you.

I have the same problem an after much experimentation, I have found the best product is Sig Club A (at hsn) ...the so-called
"anchor woman blue" concealer. The blue cancels out the black circles flawlessly.

SCA sells a concealer compact which has the yellow cream, blue cream, lilac cream and flesh-tone creams all in one compact...[possibly called flawless face or Make-up Artist compact).

The yellow covers any red tones...the lilac evens out yoyr whole face and the flesh tone is for

random marks.

Love it! Plus very inexpensive...maybe $25 by itself?

I watched a U Tube video by Hot and Flashy....she (well a friend of hers) demoed 2 products for under eye circles and puffy eyes. One product was a new Olay product and the other was an IT product. The woman that did the demos liked both products. I think if you do a search on UTube you can find the video. Sorry I don't know how to do the link.

I've tried lots and lots of concealers. My favorites for under eye circles are Tarte Amazonian Clay Concealer (stick in metal tube) and the new Bourjois CC eye cream, available at asos.com.

Touche eclat from YSL. They used to sell it here, but you'll have to get it elsewhere as it's yet another brand the Q appears to have dumped. And don't let the BE folks tell you that their version is better. It isn't... though it is cheaper.

Another vote for Bobbi Brown. I start with the peach toned corrector (Bisque tone) and pat it in. I follow with her concealer (my shade is beige) and set it with a very light dusting of her pale yellow powder. There is a kit that contains both the concealer and powder. I've always had deep dark under eye circles and after trying many products (several of the ones mentioned here already), this works best for me.

Dr. Denese's corrector has worked the best for me - easier to blend and has a brightening effect. Bobbie Brown not so much, sometimes Geller works but not so much luck with the IT concealor.

Bobbie Brown not so much, sometimes Geller works but not so much luck with the IT concealor.

I'll have to check out Dr. D's too...

Bobbie's didn't do much for me either and I just want a single color, not to have to blend multiple colors as my concealer... It's also pretty pricey.
