topic Isomers Question--Can Someone Help? in Beauty

I decided to order the special today. I have never used Isomers before. I know that I put on the serum first and then the cream. Will the cream be enough or will I need another moisturizer? Also, will a retinol product still be ok to use at night? Thanks for your help with this and the the ladies that answered my other post--thanks again!

P.S. I don't think that ShopNBC explains how to use things as well as QVC, do you?
