Now, I need help in getting the skin on the top part of my arms, in the area of your elbow, but the top part in the crease area. Its sun damage and my Derm recommended Tazorac and glycolic. Have been using, but still see crepiness. I exfoliate, but was thinking about the Clarisonic Plus, I have the original and love it for the face. Any thoughts?
