I keep it in the frig and when I get up I swipe it under my eyes, and by the time I am on my second cup of coffee...voila...no puffiness<IMG src="http://community.qvc.com/DesktopModules/ExactTarget/Controls/TextEditor/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/img/thumbup.gif" alt="{#emotions_dlg.thumbup}" /></P>
