I would put that on my bald head and wrap a warm towel around it for about 20 and then wash it off in the shower. I did that routine until my hair grew back. I still add a few drops of the serum to my conditioner now. And getting as much damage off now as possible is a good idea too. My hair is at my pre-cancer zombie length now and doing well.
