    <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered The Nailtini Manicure Essentials Kit and waited longer than usual to receive it, about 8 days.  When I received my package, I was excited to do my nails finally but when I opened it, there was LIP GLOSS inside.  This is not the only time I have received an incorrect item.  I ordered a Lori Greiner jewelry cabinet in the cherry finish and they sent me oak (but, at least it was the same product).  Also, each time I call the customer service representatives they try to make excuses.  Most of them are cordial, don't get me wrong, but excuses are annoying, especially when it clearly states on the order form the correct item that was ordered.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, I do not have any good experiences with QVC's shipping service &lt;IMG src="https://community.qvc.com/DesktopModules/ExactTarget/Controls/TextEditor/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/img/mad.gif" alt="{#emotions_dlg.mad}" /&gt;.  But, what about you all?  What are your experiences with their service?&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;</description>
