I have been using "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray" on the bottle (front and Back) it states that is is calorie free, 0 calories! Not true.......read on:&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;SkinnyWeek.com Articles Here is some info on I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray - many people think it's completely "FREE" but used in excess does have calories &amp;amp; fat. One bottle has 900 calories &amp;amp; 90 grams of fat. If you are using it in moderation it shouldn't be a concern but just wanted you to be well-informed.&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt; ICBINB! is labeled in accordance with the NLEA Labeling Law Act of 1994.&lt;BR /&gt; ICBINB! Spray contains less than 0.5 grams of fat per serving, placing it&lt;BR /&gt; within the definition of "fat free" as set forth by the FDA.
