It is not a "drugstore mousse" so to speak but you can find it at Walgreens, JC Penney Salons and also the salon at Walmart. It is about $14 but it is very thick and rich and you need a little less than a golf ball size and it will last a while and well worth the price especially when wasting $$ on products that don't work. It really pumps up the volume, almost too much for my thick hair that is now a longer length. I use a really small amount and blow dry my hair upside down - not much else. It gives it lift.
