Reviews of Jan 11 Perricone TSV anyone?

I know it's only been 10 days or so for most of us, but I'm loving the trio of the AGT eye lid treatment, OVM and the moisturizer. I've been having some terrible dry eye problems lately and everything I seemed to put near my eye burned. (Even the so called 'organic' eye cream I purchased) Not the AGT and my eyes - at least on the outside - seem to be softer and smoother. The photo plasma is divine as a daytime moisturizer. No adverse reactions and my skin would have shown something by now.

As soon as I finish some of the other goop I'm using at night, I'm going to switch to something in the Perricone line. Yes, it's pricey but seems to be working. I caught a glimpse of myself in the rear view mirror yesterday and my skin just glowed and even DH asked if I was doing anything differently because I looked terrific. (and he looks at me ALL the time!)

Now, if only losing weight were this easy!

ok, Ladies, I'm a Perricone convert, any suggestions for a night treatment?

Hi Sammi! I am loving the trio as well. I was already an AGeye user, so that was a no-brainer, however, I am surprised at how much I like the OVM and the Photo Plasma. The only thing I am not sure of is how to incorporate OVM with Formula 15 (which is another "must-have" for me). If anyone has some insight on the application protocol of these two products, I would be most appreciative. Right now I am using OVM first then layering Formula 15 over it.

As far as results, the OVM really does seem to plump up my skin and something is making it glow as well...I am assuming it's the Photo Plasma as it seems to have a little radiance to it. Very pleased with all three and the price was super!!

Beguile, I'm thinking that if Lyn in Mi is reading this she may have an idea what product to use first, second, etc. My goal is to use only those three items in the morning and supplement with other things before sleeping. I've never tried Formula 15 - what is it's claim to fame? Would it be appropriate for a night cream?

I didn't buy the TSV but I did get a jar of Cold Plasma Sub-D to use on my throat. I've never tried it before but I really wanted to, so I took the plunge because it was on easy pay.

So far, so good. I really do like it. I usually love just about everything Perricone that I have tried.

I should have gotten that TSV. I have really been wanting to try the AGT eye lid treatment.

I am loving the Perricone TSV too. I had to take the OVM slowly, but just like you Sammijo I catch that glimpse in the mirror and like what I see. I have always come back to Perricone products after stepping away. I knew this TSV was a great deal! Beguile, just wondering if you could alternate days with the products you want to use?

I'm not really sure what it is about the Formula 15 that I love so much, LOL. I just know my face looks much better when I use it. I also layer the Neuropeptide Facial Cream (in the tube) over it and after a couple of minutes, my skin looks so smooth and even. Sometimes I forget to put foundation on and I'm looking in a magnifying mirror!

I suppose I could alternate days with the OVM and the Formula 15, but I just kind of like to do it all everyday. I'm also not sure if OVM could be used as a night product or if the benefits are so noticeable that you would want it for day. Currently I only use High Potency Evening Repar at night with no other serums. I just wish they would address these types of issues on air. There is always so much confusion on when to apply products.

I have looked at the application protocol on the Perricone website and while helpful, it doesn't address whether it's ok to use two of the same "level" products (meaning 2 serums, 2 treatments, etc.) or if it is even necessary. When a new product is introduced like OVM it should be made clear what it takes the place of, if anything.

Bottom line is I love these products...they have done amazing things for my skin, and I am so happy to get them at TSV prices on auto-delivery!!!

I didn't have the same experience. I didn't like the smell or consistency. For my skin (which is oily/combo) the OVM felt too heavy. Trying to use a primer and then MU.......not very successful.

I did love the AGeye very much. It addressed my eye lid creepiness which most eye creams don't. I plan to buy that separately.

I agree that the Photo Plasma seemed to plump the skin and leave a glow. However I have a product I bought at Christmas (and haven't even used) -- Clinique Moisture Surge and MS Intense. I love using it after doing a peel to hydrate my skin when the skin is better able to draw in product.

I use IT's Primer 50 or MAKEUP FOREVER's clear primer and my skin doesn't need a moisturizer.

I also purchased Blue Plasma which I will repurchase separately (hopefully when Perricone has a sale). It was very gentle on the face. With it came Cold Plasma. I put it on my face and hated the smell. Tried another night and I had to wash my face twice and my hands 3 times to erase the smell. Horrible!

So everything is going back.

Why does it seem that so many posters don't like Perricone? Or is it just his rep?

So the best Perricone night treatment is the High Potency Evening Repair? Does it have retinol?

This is my first foray into Perricone products from other lines. (high end to low end, I've tried many, many regimens over the last 25 years!) I'm one of those idiots that feels that using all products from the same line just HAS to give the best results. I mean, they ARE meant to be used with each other, right?

I agree about all the different products and the correct way to use them. I just like to use eye cream, serum and moisturizer in the am so I love that the photo plasma has that sunscreen. I like to use eye cream and a really souped up serum/treatment at night. Layering all those products just can't have each one doing the best it's supposed to. And switching from day to day would get me confused in a heartbeat.

I am enjoying this set too. I have an oily, sensitive complexion, so the very first thing I look for is skin irritation. Fortunately, none of these products have bothered my skin at all. I am already starting to see results from the eye serum, and I love the moisturizer. It's one of the first moisturizers with an spf I can wear without irritation. I see some minor changes with the OVM, but nothing dramatic yet. However, I've only used the products for a week and a half, so I expect changes (if any) to be minor at this point. If I continue to see improved results with the OVM, this set is definitely a keeper.

I like the High Potency Evening Repair for a night treatment.

I have tried various Perricone products in the past. Some I liked (More than Moisture w/SPF - discontinued, HP Evening Repair, NP Activator, CP SubD, Face Finishing Moisturizer, Concentrated Restorative Treatment), Some I didn't or didn't see any result (Formula 15, NP Facial Cream, AFFA, AG Face Cream, No Foundation Foundation). I've been interested to try the AG eye serum and possibly the Photo Plasma so I put the TSV on check status. Have to decide today whether to go ahead with it or not. Reviews on the TSV kit seem to be mixed. Just not sure I want to spend this much to have the OVM included.

I also know Dr. Denese has an upcoming TSV in February with her SPF30 moisturizer and her firming pads included (as well hydroshield), neither of which I've tried but are certainly popular. I don't like heavy creams or ones that don't absorb easily (which is what I've liked about Perricone and not liked about past Dr D creams I've tried). Typically I think Perricone fans are not Dr D fans, but has anyone tried both Photo Plasma and her SPF (tinted) moisturizer?? I'm currently using Josie Maran's Argan Moisturizer w/SPF and that re-formulated version will probably come out by the time mine expires, but I'm certainly willing to try something else that works and feels good on the skin.

Sue, I should have replied to you yesterday. Did you end up ordering the TSV? I'm sorry that I didn't get it. I've tried most of the Perricone products you mentioned and didn't like most of the ones you didn't like. I faithfully use the HP Evening Repair and the HP Amine Face Lift (didn't like Formula 15 at all, but then I never really liked AFFA either and I guess the Formula 15 is a replacement). I also use the neuropeptide firming moisturizer.

I have used More Than Moisture SPF 30 and liked it but I like the Dr Denese SPF30 Day Cream better. I haven't used Photo Plasma but I wanted to point out the SPF that's in each of the products you asked about. Photo Plasma says it has 4.2% titanium dioxide which gives you a sun protection factor of 30. Dr Denese Day Cream has 7.5% zinc dioxide AND 7.5% octinoxate which also gives you a sun protection factor of 30. Some people will only use a physical spf so they wouldn't dream of using Dr Denese. I've had no problem with the SPF30 day cream. I like the way it blends into my skin and doesn't seem to sit on top like some creams.

I am tempted by the Photo Plasma. The Perricone website still has the special of the OVM and the Photo Plasma for around $150. It doesn't include the AG eye, which you wanted, though. Since I didn't really care about the eye cream I'm thinking really hard about going with the Perricone special. I need to call them and ask if the OVM is possibly a replacement for the HP Amine Complex. If they recommend alternating OVM with the Amine Complex I think I'm I'm just going to stick with my Amine Complex (tried and true).

Would love to know what you decide.

smokymtngal -- Thank you SO much for your detailed reply! Well, I haven't done anything on that kit yet (haven't checked today to see if QVC cancelled it, but I suspect not). I'm still probably going to cancel because I just don't think I care about the OVM and don't think I want to spend $200. While I might like Photo Plasma, I would probably consider trying it sometime later.

However, I DID order a try me kit of Dr. D's (small sizes of same items in upcoming TSV), but I didn't realize that her SPF moisturizer was not completely physical, so thank you for that info and for your comments on how you find it. I still do want to see how I like her firming and exfoliating pads. The kit is small enough that if I don't like it, I'll know well within the time that I can return it (although hardly seems worth it to return a $25 kit).

I still have both HP Amine and HP Evening Repair in my stash (along with some Skinn and Isomers) and really should use ALL of that up first. Ideally, if I see a duo show up with the AG eye serum and the BP Orbital, then those are products I would like to try instead.

I'll be interested to hear what you are told about OVM and whether you get the duo from Perricone (and if so, what kind of result you see).

When Dana presented the TSV I believe she said, first apply your cold plasma and then your OVM . If using facial cream (LIQ. gold, LOL) apply first then OVM and then moisturizer.My problem is I am not sure which product OVM could be substituted for. P.S. mt mom was called My wild Irish Rose. We are from Sligo. Maureen

Not sure why it always takes them so long to add a new product to the application protocol document but I just checked their web site and sure enough, OVM hasn't been added yet. Slower than molasses in January with thier updates to the protocol document yet it's our holy grail for figuring out the sequence of product applications. I'm not using OVM but as a habit, if its a serum (or Vitamin C Ester cream in the tubes which is the only exception to this rule) I apply it before Cold Plasma and if it's a treatment, I apply it after Cold Plasma. Is OVM a serum?

I am also absolutely loving this TSV.

As far as the order to use things, did you try calling Perricone? I've called them in the past with other questions and they were very helpful.
