Gotta tell ya, this product is fantastic. I truly believe that they did a TERRIBLE job of explaining how to use it and what it does. Shame on QVC for rushing, talking over and not allowing the VENDOR to EXPLAIN the product in detail. Shame on Mally for NOT using the product on a BARE FACED model and THEN applying makeup to show how great this is.

It does not go on like powder (as we think of powders). It goes on silky smooth. No residue and it sinks it. So:

Apply skincare and sunscreen.

Apply the powder primer.

Apply your foundation.

Your skin has NO lines, it's even in tone. Apply as a finishing powder OVER through out the day; lines are erased.

I have VERY dry skin. Did NOT dry me out. I used this OVER my eyecream and under my concealer... LINES VANISH.

I'm telling you, this is fantastic product. QVC and Mally did a true dis-service by showing it off the way they did; and I wonder if sales were poor. If so, their fault as I bet women would have bought far more had they seen it in action.

I've used the whole kit. If you want to know more about the other products, just ask. True winner, in my book. : )

Thanks for sharing- the reviews seem to be mixed on the primer though. A few ladies on my other beauty forum I am on did not like it at all and said it made their face look a little dry. I don't like the fact that the very first ingredient is talc. I am glad you love it though. Have you tried it for awhile or just a few times?

I've used it for the past 3 days. I have uber dry skin, heat pump/forced hot air in my house and it's in the 20's and windy where I live. Usually my skin looks dry mid-day and I apply a balm over it. So far, haven't needed to.

Believe me, NO ONE is more shocked at this than I! Lol.

Thanks for your review, sahmlam! I agree with you that the vendors need to demonstrate their makeup products on bare faces! The demonstrations are why I like to watch the beauty shows, and Q has really gotten away from it.

Thanks for the review. I was drawn to the powder even though I didn't really know how it worked (I've had good luck with her other powders).

I was thinking of using it with my Bare Minerals foundation (before as a primer) or before or after with my CoverGirl Ageless cream foundation. I'm sure it will work with something I have. I haven't received it yet, but thanks to your review, I am excited to get it.

I also thought it would be nice to have a finishing powder that didn't emphasize lines. That would be completely worth it to me.

That is great to hear. I too did not think they spent much time on this. I did see Mally's video and she was bare faced. She looked gorgeous but always does anyway. I sure would like to check it out in person when it becomes available as a single purchase. Too bad my ULTA does not carry any Mally. . Maybe it will debut here as an OTO.

The liner is my favorite liner so far (and I have many). I was concerned about it being black as I stopped wearing black liner long, long ago. However, because it is SO small, it makes a VERY thin line right at the base of the lashes. Excellent for tight-lining, I have to say. Smudging any shade pencil over it covers the black yet there is "something" there that makes your lashes thicker. I believe this is the intent of the pencil, to be honest.

Should this come out in other shades, I will purchase the them. I can see this replacing all the pencils I currently use for tightlining as it makes it so easy to do AND does not smear.
