Hi, Girls,

I posted this in the BB forum, but I know several of you bought it, and wanted to let you know how I like it. Not so much. First, it took way longer than advertised to heat up, and I actually broke one of the applicators trying to stir before it was ready. Second, it's not too painful, but there is an ouchie effect. I know that when you pull out hair, it hurts, so this didn't surprise me, and it was actually less than I expected. And, there is still hair where I waxed. Bummer!

But, the big but, I wish that they had been more clear in presentations that if you plan to use it on facial hair, and you use a retinol product, you have to stop the retinol for at least a week before using the wax. I bought it primarily for my eyebrows, and had I known about that warning, I would have stopped using my Phil Miracle Worker pads last week when I ordered it. I was out of town when I did order it and had forgotten to take the MW pads with me, so I'd already started and didn't know it. So, I won't be able to report on how it works on eyebrows until next week.

I think it smells nice, and the pre- and post-waxing oil is a nice floral rosy scent, so that's a plus. It's a bit puzzling that they would have the body butter that comes with it be such a different scent altogether than the other products. They don't go together at all.

So, if anybody else has gotten theirs and tried it, I'd love to know what you think.
