    <description>&lt;P&gt;My SIL has been using this system for about a month and is broken out with a rash on his face and chest.  Same thing happened about a year ago when he tried proactiv.  Must be some ingredient that bothers him. Any suggestions would be appreciated.  TIA&lt;/P&gt;</description>
