Fresh Cream Question

I bought a Fresh Cream body lotion a long time ago just to try it. I didn't really like the scent. After reading such glowing reviews on this board, I ordered the 3 piece set a couple of months ago. The lotion still smelled like spoiled milk to me, and I didn't like the scent of the body wash at all, but I absolutely fell in love with the spray scent. I have used the entire bottle. I had just about decided just to continue ordering the scent when the another 3 piece came in the mail. I had forgotten that I ordered it on AD.

I opened the package and tried the lotion again. It was a lovely scent this time. Also, the lotion in the new tube is white. Both of my other lotion tubes contained yellow lotion. I just thought it was supposed to be yellow. I am now thinking that the original lotion was spoiled. Should I throw it out and just use the new? I hate to throw away the entire tube, since it is almost full. Ladies who use this line, is your lotion white or yellow?

Yes. If you don't like it either give to someone who does or toss. It could have been exposed to heat or something like that during travel or they could have altered the formula. Does the older tube still smell like spoiled milk? Mine is white. I got the first with my Clarisonic and ordered the 3 piece. It was all white.

My earlier Fresh Cream body butter was and remains white. The newer tubes of lotion and the 32 ounce lotion turned yellow quickly. The scent does not seem to be affected, but the original body butter in this scent is far superior.

Not Fresh Cream, but my bottle of Snow Angel lotion is banana yellow. Scent is fine though, and long-lasting. I've had it for a few years now.

Vanilla in body products can make them turn yellow, even brown, over time. However, that doesn't mean it's spoiled.
