You will need Coconut Oil

Castor Oil

a bit of Avocado Oil

and disposable mascara wands.

I've been using just castor oil and it's really made a difference in my stubby lashes. I haven't mixed it with other oils. I've been doing it every night for about 2 months. A friend of mine just had lash extensions removed because she was getting eye infections. When she had them removed her real lashes were a mess and she's also been using castor oil and they are almost as long as when she had extensions.

Waving *HI* to Croemer and let me be the first to wish you a Happy St. Valentine's day! Thanks for the link. Lashes are fine...what are *eyebrows*?

Great info, loved the video (& the music too!)!! I'm going to give it a try, my eyebrows are still full (I never over tweezed my unibrow!!) but my lashes are another story.

TY for the recipe! I got all 3 oils and an almost empty 1 oz. container, so I'll concoct something for extra lash & brow conditioning.

Interesting thanks!

I have been using rose hips seed oil on my eyelashes and they've really grown since using it. I use a cleaned up mascara wand too. Now I want to add the coconut oil, based on this recipe- it certainly cannot hurt since i use coconut oil to remove eye makeup and haven't had any issues.

I've used Castor Oil in the Oil Cleansing Method for over a decade. I sometimes wonder if it is one reason for my long, thick, naturally curled lashes.

But it has not done anything to help my brows. I always have both Castor Oil & Virgin Coconut Oil on hand. I might have to pick up some AO & give this a try!

Wow...good to hear this just might work. TY!

You are welcome guys, I have the coconut oil but not the other ingredients. I will be getting them and trying this out.

I wonder if argan oil would work?

I want my eyebrows to be longer, as in a longer "tail" .

I do not know the details on argan oil but you can't use just any oils.

I do know Castor oil has specific properties that can cause hair growth so it makes sense to use it.

Do you have a method or item that works particularly well for this? I seem to recall you like sugar as an exfoliant. Sorry if I'm getting you confused with another poster.

Thanks, Op. I, too, would like a tail to my brows.

I use a Buff Puff. My eyebrows grow straight across.....and sometimes I "arch" them differently.......and I have had no trouble growing them back into a different shape. (And I'm a senior......been doing this all my life.) Just make sure the skin under the hair is clean, clean, clean!!!

Thanks croemer!!! On the link you posted someone wrote that Jamaican Black Castor oil was better. Does it really make that much of a difference? Thanks again. Shopping for items needed{#emotions_dlg.w00t}

Have you ever tried Latisse for eyelash growth. If not see the reviews here http://forum.internationaldrugmart.com/drug-information-f5/latisse-reviews-t6714.html

Desertdi ................... were do you find buff pads these days? I used them for years but since my last batch ran out, I haven't been able to find them anywhere. They are great for a simple yet effective exfoliation.

Thanks for any suggestions Smile

They used to have them at CVS--but they mostly just have store-version ones now and they don't work nearly as good! However, they do sell packs of disposable, smaller, flatter squares made of the same stuff that work just as good as the Buff Puff. I use one a couple of days and then toss it.

is this an evening application? Does your mascara have a hard time adhering the next day? Also....do you end up with "greasy eye" since it will probably migrate to the eyeball due to blinking?
