Hi ladies,

This was given to me by a friend. I have not tried them out yet. I always intend to, but my own recipe is so requested, that no one will ever let me try anything new.{#emotions_dlg.biggrin} So maybe someone here might like to try them out? If so, I would love to hear back with your opinions.

Crab Deviled Eggs
Ingredients:
12 eggs
¾ c. mayo
3 green onions (scallions)
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 Tsp. lemon juice
1 Tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 ½ Tsp. old bay seasoning
1 lb. lump crab meat
paprika

Boil eggs, let cool, then cut in half (long ways)
Place yolks in a bowl and mash.
Chop green onions (1/2 to add to mix, ½ to sprinkle on top)
Mix all ingredients into egg yolks (EXCEPT for crab meat). Mix until creamy.
Fold in crab meat lightly. Spoon in mix into egg white halves.
Top with rest of onions & sprinkle with paprika.
