Weather girls and TV anchors ~ do they have image consultants?

There's a weather girl here in LA on Saturday mornings that seriously needs one. She has a very nice figure and she's lovely in every other way, but yikes, she really needs to dress more professionally. I sometimes wonder if anyone gives them a thumbs up or down before they get in front of the camera.
