I am getting ready to buy a Bose wave radio, but there are so many models now I have no idea which one to buy.

Has anyone purchased one recently they could recommend? I would like it to have a cd player and have a port for my Ipod. Thank you for any suggestions.

I have the Bose radio/CD player. Love it worth every dime. I got rid of my big component system. Will be buying a second Bose for my bedroom. Highly Recommend.

I have a Bose Wave radio with a CD player. It is a very nice product, and I usually buy direct from the company. http://www.bose.com/controller?url=/shop_online/wave_systems/wms/index.jsp

I really enjoy playing a Logitech Internet radio. http://www.amazon.com/Logitech-Squeezebox-Network-Player-Internet/dp/B001DJ64D4 . This device does not play CD's, but has a connector to play an iPod. Most of your local radio stations have a web presence.

We have the Acoustic Wave Music System II:

The Wave Radio w/CD player is a very good item, but we think this larger unit has more depth of sound. A fuller, richer sound. It just depends on your budget and how much of an audiophile you are.

We love these Bose systems because they are so small, yet give so much sound. We live in a 1200+ sq ft apt, and have our stereo in the main room (living room/dining room/kitchen), and it's perfect. We then have a Bose speaker dock for the iPod in the bedroom. Bose speakers for the computer.

I have the same. I am not an audiophile (when throgh hig school, college & adult life with a table radio). I like it. Has good sound without having to figure stuff out.

Thanks good people, this gives me a lot of guidance! I want it mostly for the bedroom but want the flexibility of moving it around if I want to.

We do have an older model Delphi unit for our XM/Sirius receiver that we have in the living room, but the sound is just so-so and we are ready for better sound. The older we get the more we really enjoy listening to music and DH and I would love a Bose.
