Q: Is the HALO Starlight 2800 Pocket Power Charger compatible with all cell phones?
A: It is compatible with all cell phones that utilize one of the three supplied tips: micro USB, mini USB, or 30 pin. It is also compatible with all phones equipped with a USB male connection cable.

Q: How do you charge this unit?
A: Charge the HALO using the supplied USB cable. Plug the micro USB connector into the Halo charger and plug the other end with standard USB connector to a computer or an AC power source with a USB 5V input.

Q: How long does it take to charge this device?
A: It takes about 5 to 6 hours depending on the charging power source.

Q: How big is it?
A: Weighs approximately 3 oz. and a little over 4 inches in length.

Q: Can it charge a GPS?
A: Yes.

Q: Will this charge an iPhone 5?
A: Yes, the user needs to use the white charging cable that was supplied with the Apple iPhone 5 or purchase a lightning tip converter connector sold separately in the marketplace.

Q: What do the different colors on the indicator light mean?
A: When the light is blue, the unit is on and ready to charge other electronic devices. The blue light turns off when the battery is empty. The light turns red when the unit itself is being charged, and turns off when it is fully charged and plugged into a power source.

Q: Does it charge a laptop computer?
A: No.
