Wiping sleep from your eyes right now, yawning, and having your third cup of coffee, and it’s only 2pm in the afternoon? There are times, believe me, with my crazy work schedule, parenting schedule, and seemingly endless to-do list, where baby, I can relate! Not sure how your sleep schedule is going, but if you’re anything like most Americans, it ain't pretty. Check out some stats!


The Better Sleep Council reports that it concluded a survey and found that 255 of men and women reported that they sleep better when their spouse's are NOT SLEEPIN IN THE SAME BED! Wow! We may need to call Dr. Phil on this one! To complicate matters even more, 9 out of 10 couples have significantly different sleep patterns.
