Hey Bopper, I got them a few weeks ago - I really like them. I have all of Tony Horton's programs and these are a quick blast that you can do ONE of or you can stack. I workout in the mornings but in the evenings, I'll slip in a 10MT because hey, it's only 10 minutes! The abs are killer!

Hey, thanks. Sounds good to me. I think I will add this to my other workouts. Some people think you have to spend `1 or more hours working out and really if all the components are there you can cut the time in half or even more and still get a good workout. Thanks

I haven't seen this yet, but I love anything by Tony Horton. I have his original program from a few years ago and that was really great. I can only imagine how tough the px90 system is. What is this new one all about? I'll have to watch for it, It looks like something I'l really like.

How much did the 10 min program cost and how many cd's come with it. Is it like P90X where there are different cd's for each day or is it just one cd we do over and over. I just bought the P90X and honestly have a hard time fitting that into my day. I like the workout just don't have the time. I like to walk in the evening especially since the weather is getting better so by the time I am done that and dinner and laundry, etc..I just don't have the time.

I think it was something like 3 payments of 20$ or it might have been 4 payments I can't quite remember. You received 6 dvd's and there was a rotation calander so it told you which one to use on which day. It was broken down into abs, lower body, upper body, and so forth. You could do just 1 ten minute program or combine 2 or more which ever you wanted to do. It sounds good to me. I just have to save the $.

FITat50 - Yes, Tony's great. I've done P90, P90X, P90X+ and now his 10Minute Trainers are using moves from the most intense segments of his advanced programs BUT, in 30 second time frames - YOU CAN DO ANYTHING FOR 30 SECONDS! And while p90X is completely demanding at an hour a day and is intense and challenging - it's worth it for achieving that next level (or 2) of fitness. My most challenging but much appreciated thang is YOGA. I have a hard time with it BUT it's such a great feeling and so beneficial. WELL, how about 10 Minute Trainer's 10 Minute YOGA!!! For me, that's worth the price of admission!! So hey, 10 minutes or you can add another. The 10 Minutes are BAM BAM BAM so it's a good workout. Anyways- I have just about the whole catalog from beachbody (Tony Horton plus, Turbo Jam, Hip Hop Abs, Rockin Body, Slim in Six, etc) So if you want to chat me up, email me (I'm an indep rep so I'm totally biased!!- be warned!) That said, I completely believe in the programs because... I actually DO them.
