Christmas in July!

Christmas in July is right around the corner!!! I am so excited I took off the 24th - 26th just so I can tune in. I love my QVC and I love Christmas! Who else can't wait for the big event? I already started early on the 5 Easy Pay Day I picked up Lori's Gingerbread House with Melties. I got it today and it is amazing.

Thanks for the warning. I'll watch other channels those days.

I am counting the days! It is so much fun IMO...but then again I am a Christmas fanatic. I have a sign in my kitchen that says:

I wish it was Summer Every Day
and Christmas Every Night!

These are the two most favorite times of the year for me!:-D
See you gals on the 25th!

We should come back to this thread on Christmas in July and tell each other what we have ordered, and what we like, what we dont!

LadyMay, the smell of those little gingerbreads are out of this world. Such a small thing gives off a huge aroma. One of my favorite purchases! I also got one of the Hookless shower curtains and that is also amazing! I have gotten so many wonderful products on QVC that you can't find any where else. The only thing I ever had trouble with was a Witches Cauldron that misted, unfortunately it soaked my table it was on, so I had to return it.

I also took the 25th off as I do every year .... what do I do next year when the 25th is a Saturday???

I killed the last CIJ thread by posting the schedule - I thought a lot of people would talk about it, but nobody ever responded .... :(

Anyway, in case you don't get the Insider, I coped that post:

The July Insider was in my mailbox today .... just like last year, we have 28 hours of CIJ, starting at 8pm on the 24th:

8p-10p: CIJ Kick Off
10p-11p: Heartfelt Holidays with Valerie
11p-12a: Santa's Toy Shop
12a-1a: (TSV) Mr. Christmas
1a-2a: Can You Imagine
2a-3a: Holiday Jewelry
3a-5a: Christmas Shoppe
5a-6a: At Home with Country Living Christmas
6a-7a: Santa's Toy Shop
7a-9a: Countdown to Christmas
9a-10a: Quacker Factory Holiday Home
10a-12p: You're home with Jill - for the Holidays
12p-1p: Santa's Toy Shop
1p-2p: Temp-Tations Presentable Ovenware
2p-3p: Christmas Shoppe
3p-4p: David Shindler Elegant Holiday
4p-5p: Great Gifts

I'm looking forward to it! I love the Christmas in July programming. There's just something about cranking up the air conditioning real high while it's hot out and watching all the Christmas things. :)

Thanks trainerbt!!! I love CIJ---I'll talk about it all day! I don't buy anything as far as gifts, maybe some decor, but I am such a fan of Christmas and it's fun to have a day of Christmas in the middle of the hot, sticky summer. I love looking at the lights, the decor, the ornaments, the trees, etc.

Oh, don't be bummed about the cookware, believe me, it really is very beautiful! I have some of her Christmas Temp-tations and it looks nicer in person than on tv. I have the white pattern with the holly leaves and berries, can't remember what it's called. Maybe she'll have some new patterns too.

Last year I tried to Tivo the whole 28 hrs but the Tivo must have over heated or something because it stopped recording after about 8 hrs but thats okay because I still saw everything. But thats why this year I took work off. I don't want to miss a thing. I also look forward to Valeries show!! I just bought some of her Cinnabon Candles and they are out of this world!

I bought those cinabon candles and had so much black smoke I sent them back. :( I will be watching for new Jim Shore. I ordered his Santa with reindeer on the 5 easy pay day. It still hasn't arrived. I can't wait to get it. I wanted it last year. But it is a lot of money to come up with at once. I was glad for easy pay. Robin
