Morning Wac's,

You can't keep a good wac down. :^O]:)

I'm hoping to get my taxes mailed off today. Then I can breathe a big sigh of relief and forget about em. Hope everyone has a great Thurs.

I'd respond to previous posts, but I can't remember what they were. ]:) Granola...PP

I have an update on the cat contest prize, Wacs ~ a gal called today and wanted to know if Maxie would like a wand toy or a new collar along with a catnip toy. She loses her collars so I said the wand toy and she said they would go out today!!! :^O
Geeze, that took long enough, huh?:| Oh well, she won, with everyones' help & support, and that's all that matters. ;)

I posted this big long post about ten thirty this morning and when I started to check the spelling.........it was gone. Can't remember exactly what I wrote so I guess it was not important.

pp-proud of you girl...you stuck to it and got those taxes out...now the higher ups can breath a sigh of relief with more money to spend!!!

mm-wow a cat toy...if they keep giving out all those expensive things they will be out of business!! They should at least give you a box with a lot of different things in it and both the stick toy and the coller. Now that I've ranted, I hope you are feeling better tonight.

mdb-today we had a partly sunny day but you must have had sunshine and warm down your way...enjoy.

Bama-I think I can remember what I wrote to you. I said I am so envious of you running. With my back and legs I couldn't run out of a burning building to save my life. Keep up the good work.

Everyone enjoy the evening. Breakfast was coffee. From my post can you tell everything hurts tonight? I think I need a nap!! lm

Well, here I was on here early this Morning and posted a long message and Webbie poofed it all. Might have been my post about DH and the kids not helping more than 2 days and in my old age there would be no one to care for me bc I had all boys. I mentioned that I would have to save up my money so a piece of eye candy would want to marry a rich old widow and take care of me. ]:)Hope not, I was just joking around, but you never know with Webbie. Maybe we are just too darn nice on this blog. Seems that the other ones that get very catty stay on forever. The most catty we ever get is about mm's kitty. Earl Grey and fresh from the farm sausage. Yummy! Have a great evening.

Morning Ladies,

lm ~ I said I was hoping to get my taxes mailed off. ]:) Should be in Sat mail though.

mm ~ You haven't actually received that prize yet, so don't go all crazy yet. ]:)

RM ~ The trick to your old age idea is to find a very old rich man now. Someone in a wheel chair and on oxygen. ]:) Then, down the road, you'll have lots of money to spend on all the eye candy you want. ]:)

Off to the dog groomers. Granola...PP

I was hoping to get here this morning but no such luck. Breakfast was coffee only then straight to settling the dinning room. Looks very nice and clean. I'd better take a good look as it gets dirty so fast!
Can't quite decide what to put where, we moved the furniture around and some to another room. We inherited a portable bar that I kept in the dinning room, it was too much congestion when we were having dinner guests. So we moved it to the "old" dinning room and it looks good. Why didn't I think of that sooner? duh...
Dh is tired after moving four pieces of furniture and is taking a nap! I think I will rest to. Have a great Friday, it is all ready raining here but for now the temperature is still warm. lm

Good afternoon Wacs ~ I just couldn't get here any sooner due to one thing or another. ;\ My uncle is coming by for a visit, so only have a minute. :)

Breakfast was coffee and a bowl of cinammon crisp cereal with 1% milk cuz my skim milk had gone bad. X-( Thank goodness I asked Sweetie to smell it for me!! :O Ewww!

It's sunny, yet crisp here today. B-) Too cold to melt the snow left from yesterday. :|

I hope everyone's having a good day and I wish all you hotties a great wknd! :-D

I received this in a email and laughed out loud--had to share.

A Woman's Poem

He didn't like the casserole
And he didn't like my cake,
He said my biscuits were too hard
Not like his mother used to make.
I didn't perk the coffee right
He didn't like the stew,
I didn't mend his socks
The way his mother used to do.

I pondered for an answer
I was looking for a clue.
Then I turned and
smacked the **** out of him...
Like his mother used to do.
