Group Gifts?

Here's a puzzler even I as a seasoned QVC queen cannot seem to get past...
My husband is a church choir director. We have approximately 20 people, both men and women, mostly 50 and over, in the choir. I would really like to get something for them other than a gift card for a car wash, which is what I've done for about 5 years straight. I'm looking at about $200 for a budget.

There are a lot of items that come in sets that you can break up into individual gifts. How about some warm socks? There are merino sock sets and Legacy fur topped sock sets that you can break up and give each person a pair, along with a Christmas ornament. Or maybe a Mrs. Prindable's apple (there's a set that has Christmas ornaments attached to each apple), along with a candle from Valerie Parr Hill. Good luck!

When I had several people at work that I bought for I bought those small red stockings put an ornament, candy cane, chocolates, and a holiday $1 lottery ticket. I don't know if being in a church that would be good, but I thought I would post this for others as well. It was a great hit and some people even won some cash on them. It was the talk of the company.

I like the ideas so far, but was wondering if you have a Christian book store in your area. They often have small, inexpensive gifts for both women and men. Another thing that came to mind is a small calendar, a holiday CD, and a candy cane all tied together with a pretty bow. Check out this CD set from QVC (F05385). I'm thinking about attaching them to a group of gifts I need for my husband's office. The reviews seem great, unless you try to mail them. I think they get damaged in the mail.

Good Luck!

This year I purchased 10 pairs of YakTrax (F03483) in the clear color for my loved ones so that no one falls on the snow and ice like a few did last winter. Right now if you buy the first set of two pairs at $18.24 then all other sets are only $15.24 and 1/2 price shipping. I paid a total of $97.56 for 10 pairs. They come individually packaged and one size fits most (womans 6 through a mans 12.) I thought since most of your group is over 50 (and as we get older we do not "bounce" when we fall like we used to) this would be a practical but caring gift.
