Low cost 30 minute meals?

I love your 30 minute meals. But, with the cost of food these days I need some tricks and tips to cut cost while making these meals. Please advise.
Thank you, Laurie

Stick to pastas, beans and locally grown vegetables. Whenever meats go on sale, buy a lot of the better cuts and cut them up, package them in small storage bags and stack them in the freezer. You can defrost as you wish. You can also take your families loose change and toss it in a jar and each month cash it in to buy extra goodies and food. Eggs are inexpensive and a good food, make frittatas- they are great.
