I'm trying to hold off until after Labor Day LOL

I'm not a coffee creamer person, but I love to make a spice cake and replace the oil and some of the water with pumpkin. Then mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, cinnamon and pumpkin for frosting. Yum!

It's really yummy with coffee, probably even with your pumpkin creamer coffee.

I just use a spice cake mix, hold the oil, add the eggs, a cup of pumpkin, and cut back the water some, I kinda do that by adding and stirring until it looks right.

Frosting is 1 block of cream cheese, 3/4 cup of pumpkin, 1/2 cup of powdered sugar and 2 teaspoons of good quality cinnamon.

Just one more tip Mary. I only use Libby's Solid Pack Pure Pumpkin.

Betteb that sounds yummier than yummy!  Speaking of pumpkin--my friend makes a fabulous pumpkin roll, the best I ever had.  I've never attempted to make one--I would love to try this fall and see how I do!Smiley Happy

Re: and so it starts...My first cup of coffee with PUMPKIN creamer

My local supermarket is already full of all things pumpkin: cookies, Pop-Tarts, muffin mix, candles, jam, ice cream, packaged bagels, cake, and more-- and it's not even Labor Day yet. The most unusual item was "limited edition pumpkin dishwashing liquid."

I love everything pumpkin, but l associate it with the fall season, and it's still 90 degrees around here. I will probably hold off a week or two.
