vampire facelift and thoughts. better substitute to botox and juvederm?

I was watching lanaindiana's youtube video on the vampire facelift. I must admit, I was intrigued by her and the procedure. It seems like there is minimal risk, and there isn't any foreign substance used in the treatment. Selphyl is the correct term for this type of facelift. What are your thoughts?

By the way, I am squeamish to blood related anything, but the video was tolerable to watch.
