Almost 20#'s but my goal is cracking the 25# mark by Thanksgiving.
Am I doing or eating any different? Yes and no. I still ate a slice or 2 of cake in these 11 weeks but I probably would of had about 20 slices if I wasn't on WW.
I also believe those tiny exchanges like regular fat for low fat or white bread for 7 grain bread made a difference too.
Portion size is a BIG issue with me, it's still hard just eating 3 oz beef, I save enough points so I can have a 6 oz steak, if you're going to have a steak, eat a steak, it's not everyday that I eat like this.
Overall, still learning and continuing to lose.
