UV Hand Held Light for Psoriasis at home treatment

Does anyone have this awful skin condition and use an at home device for treatment?

DH has this and from what I understand it is an immune system disorder.  He was recommended to get a little more sunlight, that it was good for the plaque.  His is still very mild.

 

However, research is telling us that UVB is the best light for it... here's an article:
