Strontium Bone Maker Supplement - Dosage

Thanks to the discussions on this forum, I made the decision to start taking Strontium instead of Fosamax for my osteoporosis. However, I wanted to find out if those that are taking Strontium are taking the dosage recommended on the bottle. I bought Doctor's Best 340 mg. tablets. It recommends taking two capsules per day. I weight about 95 lbs, and I wondered if this dose may be a little too much for me. Any comments would be appreciated.
