Vet may be able to board, feed and water your dog. Or babysitter. WE have a baby sitter, not kidding.  @Ms X

I had the same thing a few years ago so I know the pain very well and spent a week in the hospital because I developed a fever that they couldn't get rid of.  I too waited to go but the pain had me doubled over so I had no choice thank goodness.

 

Call the doctor asap do not waste another minute.
