Sciatic pain

Friday DH and I went to the boat show and I accidently walked in to a boat trailer hitch. It hit right on my 1 year post op knee replacement - phenominal pain! but it didn't last very long and we ultimately walked back to the car with out difficulty.However, I must have jerked my back because ever since I am having sciatic pain. Definatly nerve pain - but no other pain - except my knee has a huge bruise that is very tender , no surprise there. I iced my back for 24 hours and now I have heat on it. Don't need advice - I know what to do - I just needed to vent, as I'm sitting here with a heating pad on my back and ice bag on my knee. If it is not better in a couple days I'll go to the doctor.
