Question for our nurses on the board

My DH was diagnosed with bacterial pneumonia on Tuesday. He got a shot of antibiotics that night and has been on z-pack antibiotics since then. He was running a temp of over 102 until diagnosed. He has one day left of the z-pack, but is still running a low grade temp of 99.6. He's planning on calling his doctor on Monday if he still has a temp, but I'm wondering if he needs to go to Urgent Care this weekend if he's still running a temp while on antibiotics?
