I've found that keeping my hands busy typing replies to posts has kept me from snacking! So, when I begin to ramble, you'll know I'm hungry!😉

I've got to find a crunch replacement. Last nite, I fixed a large bowl of POPCORN, but it didn't do the trick. About 20 minutes later, I hit the M&Ms hard ... Finished the whole bag.

Keep only a single serving of dessert/snack items on hand. Wash them down with a lot of tea, coffee, or diet tonic. Then you'll feel like you've had a bigger dessert.

Exercise every day! Not just throughout the week....Walk, Bicycle, etc. I would also love a pilates Reformer to switch up my workouts!!!!

To get off my big behunkus and workout atleast 5x/wk alternating Pilates and running.....my abs hate me right now.

Okay, peeps! It's working! I've NOT had any candy in a week.
I started knitting a scarf (Thanks, You-tube) and tomorrow I will start knitting on the LOOM.

Got myself back to walking - yeah! 2 miles a day. Then I go hide in my studio and quilt - hoping that helps keep me away from candy!!
