Does anyone still have the information or remember WW before the Points program?
I swear I did better on WW when they limited you to so many proteins, fats, fruits, starches, and milks a day. Veggies were always unlimited except for the starchy veggies.
I would love to go back on that old program. You got bonus foods too but I forget how it worked.
