Vitamins give me a 'sick' feeling.  Blood tests are all normal, so I'm guessing that I just don't need vitamins. ......... Slightly off topic regarding longevity:  Be Careful!  I avoid steps like the plague.  Just be careful walking and try to avoid climbing and descending stairs.  So many folks around here ended up in trouble by falls on steps, and even other surfaces.  I do think that half the battle re: living longer lies in being very careful.  Keep safe, everyone.
