Hello
I'm trying to focus on cutting down on the sugar grams I eat per day. I saw on a TV show that we should try to consume no more than 15 grams of sugar/day. Well, I tried it today, and it's not possible for me (at least right now)!
I've never counted my sugar grams before but I must normally be off the charts--lol--because there's no way I can do 15 grams or less.
What is a reasonable goal? Also, does this include grams of sugar from natural sources like fruit? As you can see I'm new at this one! It's getting much more complicated for me now that I'm also focusing on sugar grams--I usually look at nutrition labels for: calories, fiber, sodium, & now sugar!
TIA!
