I'm still following the Jorge Cruise Belly Fat Cure diet & need to add more fiber (because my previous way of eating included a lot of healthy whole grain fiber and it's pretty much a shock to my system to have reduced it so much!). I am eating lots of green leaf salads & veggies but it doesn't seem to be doing anything. I'm also eating the Jorge Skinny Muffins hoping those would help but they haven't.
Is there such a thing as high fiber but low carb foods? Any ideas?
