Fibro Sufferers - What vitamins and supplements give you help?

I am going through a rough patch here and do not want to go on Lyrica, Cymbalta or one of these type medications. I am already on so many other meds. I have a hard time with NSAIDs because of my bad stomach. I work every day and try to stay reasonably active - walking, etc. But I am having a lot of pain right now.

Are there any vitamins, supplements, etc. that you take that you feel help you in your struggles with Fibro? Anything you could share would be greatly appreciated!!! Thank you.
